Massage should not be a luxury.
OUR MASSAGE THERAPY PRACTICE
Massage Therapy is the manual manipulation of the muscles and soft tissues to enhance health and well being. Human touch and massage is a form of communication without words. Touch can cause the release of endorphins. Endorphins act as analgesics and sedatives to help us relax and lower our perception of pain.
Along with reducing pain, massage contributes to better circulation, lowering blood pressure, the working of the lymphatic system which fights infection, muscle tension and overall well being. Whatever is ailing your mind, body, or spirit, get a massage and feel better right now!
